What this history does and doesn’t cover.

This is a curated record of publicly announced, completed usage resets — the extra resets OpenAI has announced for Codex users. It is not a log of when each individual account’s allowance recovered, and a missing date does not mean no reset happened. Records begin with the announcements this tracker has verified; earlier resets exist but are not listed until a primary source confirms them.

A reset announcement’s timestamp is when the post was published, not when limits returned for every account. Scope differs per reset — some applied to all users, others only to paid plans or a subset. Each entry states its scope, and a banked reset credit is recorded separately because it does not restore current usage limits.
